PCM SIGNAL RECEIVER FOR DIRECT SATELLITE BROADCAST

PURPOSE:To transmit a control bit not including any error at a single output terminal to an external device together with a serial data string by applying majority decision to a control bit including an error and replacing the result with the control bit of a received serial data. CONSTITUTION:A data reconstituting device 8 is added to a conventional receiver. With respect to the reproduction of a voice signal, it is entirely the same as a conventional example and an input of the data reconstitution device 8 is a stabilized control bit and a serial data string. The device 8 detects the location of the control bit of the serial data and replaces the location with the content of the control bit subject to majority decision being other input, serial data including the stable control bit is constituted again and serial applied to the external device is obtained as the output. The stable control bit and data are applied to the external device at the same time through the single line by replacing the stable control code with an instable control code in the serial data.
