PURPOSE:To make a driving mechanism simple and to execute stable reciprocating shift by inserting a columnar member composed of a carriage in a cylindrical member, supplying pressured air to a clearance between both and preserving the columnar member with a gas bearing. CONSTITUTION:A columnar member 11, where magnets 6-6d for a magnetic circuit are laid underground, is fixed at a base 10, the exciting coil 5 is wound inside and a columnar member 12, to which a head 3 is loaded, is matched and installed. By the composition, when a compressor 13 is operated, pressured air enters a clearance between the cylindrical member 11 and the columnar member 12 and the columnar member 12 is preserved by an air bearing. In the condition, a control current flows at the exciting coil 5, and then, a carriage can be stably reciprocated and a driving mechanism can be made simple. |
