A compression mould (1) for producing individual three-dimensional articles, preferably hearing-aid earpieces, has two halves (2) and (3) in which a negative mould (8) and a positive mould (9) can be produced by means of an impression. After the production of these moulds, the impression is removed and the material forming a three-dimensional article, preferably silicone rubber is filled in, after which the halves (2, 3) are pressed together and heated, for which, in the process according to the invention, microwaves are used, which is possible because of the microwave-permeable and heat-resistant plastic material of the compression mould (1). This provides, in particular, the advantage of a considerably reduced vulcanisation time for the three-dimensional article. <IMAGE>
