PURPOSE:To make possible soldering having good freon cleaning due to a solvent containing principally freon by using a flux which has an activator of the specified alcohol solubility at the soldering of printed substrate. CONSTITUTION:0.1-10% alcohol soluble compounds such as 2, 3 dibrome succin ic acid, 2 bromo succinic acid, 2, 2 dibromo adipic acid are included as activators for a flux used for soldering of the printed substrate. In addition to the activator such as amine halogenate and organic acid used for the conven tional flux, by using the said alcohol soluble compounds, which have >= unstable substituent selected among carboxyl group, carbonyl group, aryl group which have a halogen atmoic or more, soldering in which deaning by a solvent containing principally freon after soldering is performed easily, can be carried out. |
