PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of molding product by providing plural type of diesets changeably, which correspond to the different molding product, arranging the measuring means of the molding product type of and compensating the press condition automatically on the basis of the measuring results thereof. CONSTITUTION:Plural kinds of diesets 4, corresponding to a base material or the different shape type of powder molding product are provided on a circular turn table 20. Further, a thickness measuring instrument 26, weight measuring instrument 27 and the counting means are provided in the vicinity of a main powder molding press body 1. After completion of molding the specified amt. of the powder molding product using the specified type of dieset, a control method stops the press means 1 and the exchange order is outputted to the dieset 4 to be used next time. Consequently, the thickness and weight of a trial molding product is measured by measuring instruments 26, 27 to automatically compensate press conditions, such as the upper ram, the packing depth, comparing them with target values, to improve the productivity. |
