PURPOSE:To make possible continuous processing by providing a four section parallel link swirling with the main shaft, arranging each optical path converting miller to a movable link and a swirling link and interlocking the rotation of a link mechanism and swirling the specified angle miller. CONSTITUTION:A main shaft 6 is rotated in the center of the shaft, a base 13 is fixed at the bottom end and served as a fixed link and a four parallel link is connected with a movable link 16, a swirling links 14, 15 and formed. A laser beam R is reflected by a miller M0, and through a miller M11 of the base 13, millers M12, M13 of the link 15, sent to a swirling center O by reflection of a miller M14 of the movable link 16. Interlocking with a rotary angle theta1 of a link mechanism millers M12, M13, M14, are swirled at 1/2theta1 and a laser beam R forms a focal point to a fixed point O, thus enabling continuous laser processing. |
