DEVICE FOR LIFTING AND CUTTING FORAGE IN A SELF-LOADING FORAGE WAGON

The device is of the type having a plurality of socalled shaped "forks" which pick-up the forage, transport it in a channel in which cutting knives project and then discharge it. It is proposed that the device forks (4) are rigidly mounted to the periphery of a rotor (1) intended to be rotated about its own axis so as to form a single structure therewith, the forks (4) being able to lift the forage, simultaneously with the cutting operation, until it is delivered directly in the forage wagon.
