PURPOSE:To eliminate the dissidence of control information with a slave station by opening a window to a normal position of the slave station at first and applying normal control not via the initial connection control when a burst from the slave station is confirmed when a reference station starts the control of the slave station. CONSTITUTION:Window control information 11 is outputted to a window generating circuit 2 from a slave station control circuit 1, window information 21 is outputted from the window generating circuit 2 to a burst signal detection circuit 3, and burst signal detection information 21 is outputted from the burst signal detection circuit 3 to the slave station control circuit 1. Further, initial connection control information or normal control information 12 are outputted from the slave station control circuit 1. Thus, it is guaranteed that the control information to a reference station participating in a TDMA satellite communication system with a delay or a reference station device entering the operation state with a delay to the slave station is identical to the control information of the reference station existing in the TDMA satellite communication system already or the reference station device already in operation to the slave station. |
