PURPOSE:To form the titled trimming without initiating any crack to a cushioning member and with a few processes by laminating the cushioning member, softening expandable composite resin sheet, skin member in sequence on the surface of the bottom force of a cold press and pressing them between a top and bottom force. CONSTITUTION:An expansible composite resin sheet 1 composed of sheet type extrusion molded body containing foaming agent and having a desired thickness is used as apadding. A cushioning member 3, softening sheet 1, skin member 4 are laminated in this sequence on the surface of the bottom force 2 of a cold press and the top force 5 of the cold press is engaged with the bottom force 2 under pressure. The sheet 1 is cooled, then, the projections on the external circumferences of the forces are trimmed along the external circumferences of the forces and the sheet is demolded. |
