发明名称 TEST CIRCUIT FOR STEAM REGULATING VALVE OF TURBINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To restrict load fluctuation immediately after starting a test by starting a pressure correction signal from zero after the first stage of a turbine when testing the regulating valve of the steam turbine. CONSTITUTION:In a controller in which load fluctuation in testing the regulating valve of a steam turbine is detected by the pressure at the first stage of a high pressure turbine, and load fluctuation when testing is corrected by a regulating valve than regulating valves under testing, a signal (j) from an arithmetic unit 1 for input of an output signal (d) from a pressure detector 15 after the first stage is applied as input through a primary delay element 16 to an analog memory 17. Before testing the valve, the output (h) from the memory 17 and a valve opening instruction signal (a) are applied to an adder 18, and control is established so that a deviation signal (j) is normally maintained at a zero by supplying the output (i) from the adder 18 as input to the arithmetic unit 1. When testing the valve, a switch 3 is closed in cooperation with a switch 9 and at the same time, a signal to lock the output is applied to the memory 17, thereby the output (h) can be maintained constant.
