PURPOSE:To fill the gap between heat transfer pipes so as to improve the vibration insulating effect, by inserting each resilient pouchlike item between the heat transfer pipes, injecting a filler into each pouchlike item to be expanded, and allowing the filler to harden. CONSTITUTION:A pouchlike item 9 of a resilient material such as rubber is flatten and inserted into each gap between rows of cooling pipes 7', 7''... a filter injection nozzle 10 is inserted into each pouchlike item 9, a filler 13 such as a melted plastic is injected using a filler injector 11 to expand the item and the filler is allowed to harden. As the pressure of the filler 13 makes the pouchlike item 9 firm contact with the cooling pipes 7', 7''... a vibration insulation effect is secured.
