PURPOSE:To make a cooler compact as a whole and to improve the cooling effect, by inserting each condensate water tube for passing cooling water into each air tube with a clearance between them, and making the opposite ends of the water tubes in communication with a pair of water tanks. CONSTITUTION:A pair of spaced apart air tanks 1, 1 are arranged, charge air is allowed to flow into one of them and to leave the other. A plurality of air tubes 2 are arranged between the tanks 1, 1 to make them in communication with each other, and charge air is allowed to flow therethrough. Fins 3 are arranged between the air tubes and are in contact with them. Air for cooling is passed between the outer circumferential surfaces of the air tubes and between the fins. In this case, each water tube 4 for passing cooling water is inserted into each air tube 2 with a clearance between them, and the opposite ends of each water tube 4 are in communication with the pair of water tanks 5, 5. |
