PURPOSE:To separate a form without any unreasonable operating force by providing a finger which separates an end part of the form beside a photosensitive drum at the side where the form is positioned. CONSTITUTION:This side step finger device consists of the finger 5 and guide members 6 arranged in contact with the surface of the photosensitive drum. The finger 5 contacts the surface of the photosensitive drum 1 gently with its tip part and separates an end part of the form 3 to which an image is trans ferred while sucked to the drum surface. Guide members 6 provided beside the finger 5 are formed of wires or sheet metal of stainless steel which are thin and sectioned circularly or rectangularly, and they are supported on the frame of the copying machine through the same fitting member with the finger 5 or another fitting member. |
