A modular sheet-feeding apparatus (10) for connection to a copying machine (1, 2) in which a plurality of cassettes (12a-12e) are placed on a series of tables. The tables are mounted as a group and individually positioned for feeding sheets into the copying machine (1, 2). The modular sheet-feeding apparatus (10) can either include its own feed rolls (13a-13e) for each table or use one feed roll that is mounted within the main frame (1) to be moved into and out of sheet-feeding position.
