PURPOSE:To improve the titled body having a sensitivity, a performance stability in a periodic duty and a durability by incorporating a specific organic compd. as a photoconductive material, especially a carrier transporting material to a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The titled body is prepared by incorporating as the carrier transporting material, an organic photoconductive compd. to the carrier transporting layer 3 of the photosensitive layer 4 consisting of preferably a carrier generating layer 2 and the layer 3, and being provided on the conductive base body 1. The organic photoconductive compd. (e.g. the compd. of the formula III) is the compd. shown by the formula I (wherein Ar is a residue shown by the formula II; R is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl, a cyano, a phenyl, a pyridyl, a furyl and a thienyl group; R21-R25, R31-R35, R41-R45 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl, an alkoxy, a hydroxy, a cyano, a nitro, an acyl, an alkyoxycarbonyl, an aryloxycarbonyl group etc.). |
