PURPOSE:To enable rectification to be controlled automatically and properly, by a method wherein load inductance and resistance are calculated on switching loads, and wherein a control constant in the current control system of a control rectifier is arranged to be set according to the calculated value. CONSTITUTION:Control rectifiers 4-1, 4-2 are controlled by a phase control circuit 12, and while the DC output is switched by switches 6A, 6B for switching loads, a plurality of loads 7A, 7B... are supplied with the DC, and then new load inductance and resistance are calculated every load switched, and according to the calculated values, a new device 14 to set the control constant in the current control system of the control rectifier is arranged to be set. A direct digital control (DDC) computer may be used for the device 14. As a result, even if loads are switched, the rectifier can be controlled always automatically and properly. |
