PURPOSE:To detect a parallel signal at every n-1 line and to thin out to 1/n with a simple circuit constitution by dividing parallel signals at every (n) dots and obtaining a logical OR of the (n) dots. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting light from an original 2 is condensed by a lens 3 and forms an image on a line sensor 4 and is added to a binary conversion circuit 5 converting the image of one line into an electric signal by the line sensor 4. A signal converted into a binary serial signal by this circuit 5 is converted into a parallel signal by an S/P conversion circuit 6 and the parallel signal is added to a latch circuit 7. The parallel signal from this circuit 7 is fed to a bus driver 8 and OR circuits 3-15 in the circuits 3-15, the logical OR of 2 dots of parallel signals is taken and added to a bus driver 9. Then, the parallel signal of one line is reduced to 1/2 and outputs of the drivers 8, 9 are added to a processor 10. By this processor 10, the image of the original 2 is reduced to 1/2 and the output of the driver 9 is added to a hard body control part 11 when copying it and printed by a printer 12. |
