发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF AMORPHOUS METAL CORE OF ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To allow to manufacture amorphous metal core having less alternation with increased efficiency by applying adhesive material on an amorphous metal lic tape and then winding it onto a rectangular frame to punch out cores from its flat portion by a process which does not introduce temperature-rise thereto. CONSTITUTION:A adhesive material or resin 7 is applied to a tape 1 made of amorphous metal, which is then wounded onto a rectangular frame 6. A flat portion formed on the frame 6 is cut by means of processing method which does not introduce temperature-rise thereto, such as a laser beam machine controlled by a numerically controlled machine, and an electrical discharge wire cutting machine, to punch out into a core 10 for a rotary electric machine. In this manner, direct contacts between the amorphous metal sheets can be avoided so that the electrical characteristics of the rotor are increased, and the manufacturing process can be simplified since the adhesion process is preceeded to the cutting process.
