PURPOSE:To provide a nutrient composition obtained by compounding a purifed pine seed oil containing octadecatrienoic acid with other specific physiologically active component, agreeable to take continuously, and having synergistic nutrient effect and physiological activity. CONSTITUTION:The objective nutrient composition contains (A) 20-80wt% purified pine seed oil containing 5,8,12-cis-octadecatrienoic acid, (B) 10-75wt% oil containing gamma-linoleic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid and/or docosahexaenoic acid, and (C) 0.01-50wt% other oil-soluble physiologically active component. The purified pine seed oil is preferably the one containing >=12% pinusic acid. The compound b is seed oil of evening primrose, or concentrated fish oil, etc. The component C is an oil-soluble substance soluble in the component a or component B, e.g. vitamins, lecithin, octacosanol, oryzanol, carotene, etc. |
