PURPOSE:To make pressure uniform by using springs having different spring constant in accordance with fastening positions to a compression plate with clamping bolts. CONSTITUTION:Clamping bolts 4 are in contact with a compression plate 3 through springs 5 having small spring constant in portions which are in contact with the upper and the lower parts of manifold, and through springs 6 having larger spring constant in portions which are in contact with the center of a stack. Clamping bolts 4 located between stacks 2 and 2' are in contact with the compression plate 3 through springs 7 having spring constant two times larger than springs 6. Thereby, stacks 2 and 2' are uniformly pressed in all positions. |
