PURPOSE:To prevent generation of hissing air flow noise at plurality of radiator fins on a rotor by making them in ring shaped form respectively having different diameter, and in a concentrically arrangement to the rotational center of the motor at the end ring thereof. CONSTITUTION:Within slot 13 formed on peripheral portion of a rotor core 12 which is fixed on a rotor shaft 11, there is provided a conductor member 14 extending axially toward the shaft. An end ring 15 is provided at the end of the core 12, and both ends of the conductor member 14 are connected with the end ring 15 to constitute a cargo rotor winding. At the end face of the ring 15, there is provided a plurality of ring shaped radiator fins 16 respectively having different diameter in a concentric arrangement to the rotational center of the motor. With such a constitution, hissing air flow noise generated by the portion of the fins 16 is prevented even though the rotor rotates at high speed. |
