PURPOSE:To make the duties of the first high level and the following high level equal to each other, by adding a diode for clamping to an oscillating circuit using two pieces of CMOS type inverters. CONSTITUTION:An oscillating circuit is formed by using two pieces of CMOS type inverters I1 and I2, capacitor C1, and resistances R2 and R3. In addition, a diode D2 is provided between the connecting point A of the capacitor C1 and resistances R2 and R3 and a power source. The diode D2 clamps the highest potential of the connecting point A to a fixed value. As a result, the 'H' continuing time of the high level and the following high level of an output OUT immediately after a switch SW is turned on at the starting time of oscillation is fixed. Accordingly, the duty ratio of the output OUT becomes equal. Therefore, the duties of the high level and the following high level can be made equal to each other. |
