发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF STATIONARY INDUCTION ELECTRIC APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive to improve magnetic property by a method wherein the titled apparatus is anealed in magnetic field through a spacer, which possesses high heat conduction rate, at each prescribed interval of an amorphous magnetic thin belt. CONSTITUTION:While a high heat conduction rated spacer 3, whose width is almost equal to or more than an amorphous magnetic thin belt 1, is inserted between the thin belt 1, the said belt 3 is wound at the same time then is formed a wound core member. Subsequently, one place of the member 4 is cut straightly forward from outside of surrounding to inside surrounding along to an axial direction. Thereby, the member 4 is in a state of trapezoidal lamination by meny thin belts 1 which is cut in accordance with peripheral length of each turn. Next, the member 4 is anealed in magnetic field. The spacer 4 is removed from the member 4 anealed in such a way, then is assembled individually from the inside of the winding 9 in succession at each laminated block 4a, thus the wound core is assembled confronting with the cutting section. By this manner, heat conduction rate in direction of core laminating thickness is fine, thereby temperature distribution is uniformalized, therefore magnetic property is improved.
