PURPOSE:To execute the aging in parallel to the lead wire extending work by applying an aging voltage to a lead wire through a lead wire holding means in the circular bulb lead wire extending process after the bending exhaust process. CONSTITUTION:The root area of lead wire 5 extended from a circular bulb 1 under high temperature condition after the bending exhaust process is held and fixed by the four first chucks 10 which also work as the aging electrodes and are insulated and the adjacent end point de of lead wire is held by the second chuck 11. A voltage is applied to the first chuck 10 from an aging circuit 13 in order to cause the bulb 1 to light or goes out for the aging. Simultaneously, the second chuck 11 is moved in straight while holding the lead wire in order to arrange the straight lead wire. Therefore, extension of lead wire and aging can be carried out simultaneously in the single position and thereby simplified and high speed processing can be realized. |
