The snow shovel blade (5) has a recess (6) formed along its one edge which has a contour corresp. to the peripheral shape of the spade blade (1), and from the edge of which tongues project inwardly. These tongues (7) alternately grip around the spade blade peripheral edge on opposite sides to retain the shovel blade on the spade blade. Lock components (10) also ensure that, once assembled, the spade blade cannot be separated from the shovel blade inadvertently. From the free edge of the angularly bent treading edge of the spade blade and backwardly over it extends at least one tongue which provides the locking engagement over a similar angularly bent treading edge (4a) on the snow shovel blade. |
