PURPOSE:To reduce a cost price of a device by installing a plate having a pattern for showing the reduction and magnification in accordance with a less in parallel to a lens optical axis, driving a lens base by a DC motor, detecting it by a sensor fixed to the base, and releasing the driving at the time of an equal value to the set reduction and magnification. CONSTITUTION:A lens 1 and a sensor 3 are fixed to a base 1A and fed with a screw by a DC motor 5. A frame 6 exists in a copying machine and a stop position setting plate 4 is fixed so as to be opposed to the sensor 3, in parallel to the moving direction of the lens 1. Bar codes 4A-4C are formed on the plate 4 in accordance with the lens 1. The reduction and magnification set in advance are compared with a reduction and magnification code 4 of the present position detected by the sensor 3, the motor is energized in the direction of the same value, and at the time of the same value, the energizing is released, and the position is fixed to the prescribed reduction and magnification. According to this constitution, a lens moving device for an electrophotography which is suitable for setting the reduction and magnification is obtained by using the DC motor without using an expensive pulse motor. |
