PURPOSE:To reduce production cost and to make post-treatment unnecessary, by a method wherein after a secondary metallic deposit has been formed on exposed positions of a primary metallic deposit and stainless steel wire, the metallic deposit is peeled off from a base and then the stainless steel wire is pulled out of the metallic deposit. CONSTITUTION:An oxide film is formed on the surface of exposed nickel corresponding to an opaque part of a pattern film, an oxide film part 10 is removed through aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid, a secondary metallic deposite 6 is formed by applying electrodeposition again to the same in a suflamic acid nickel plating tank under the same terms as primary plating which is made to adhere closely to a primary metallic deposit 2. Simultaneously with the above a stainless steel wire 3 is covered, the metallic deposits 2, 3 are peeled off from a base 1 by releasing finally fixation of the stainless steel wire 3 and a nozzle A is completed by pulling out the stainless steel wire 3. |
