The combination lock (13) in the lock position is adjustable, and has a latch (47) with a sensor (48) which work in conjunction with a stop surface (49) on the lock code probing stop arms (20-22). The sensor is freed from or is blocked by one or more stop surfaces, dependent upon whether the code has been correctly set or otherwise. The main lock (19) has an operating component (52) which works with the lock latch. When the main lock is closed the lock latch is pivoted downwards together with its sensor to be freed from the stop surfaces, irrespective of the code lock setting. |
