PURPOSE:To perform bevelling work automatically in automatic pipe bevelling device by controlling such that an operation signal and a starting position signal for bevelling cutter motor are produced to start operation of rotary motor. CONSTITUTION:The bevelling device is constructed such that a bevelling cutter 3 will rotate on the outercircumference of pipe 2 fixed to a cutter 1. A control circuit will produce an operation signal A for bevelling cutter motor, a signal B of detector provided at the start-of-rotation position, an operating signal C for rotary motor and a manual signal D which are fed to AND gate 8. When the frame 4 is at the start-of-rotation position, a signal is produced from the detector B to feed the operating signals A and C to the circuit 8 thus to operate the rotary motor and to rotate the frame 4. With such arrangement, automatic bevelling work is realized. |
