PURPOSE:To cut a pipe into predetermined angle by supporting a cutter fitted idly in a pipe movably in circumferential and radial directions of pipe while enabling angular adjustment of pipe chuck mechanism in radial direction against the pipe through pivot shaft. CONSTITUTION:Pivot shaft 4 is welded to the bracket 7 of an annular body 3 having sufficiently larger diameter than a pipe 2 approximately in radial direction against the pipe 2 and one end of shaft 9 parallel with the pipe 2 is coupled rotatably to each shaft 4. Then a jack mechanism 22 is operated to secure a chuck mechanism 5 to the pipe 2 and to tilt an annular body 3 and cutter mechanism 6 by the angle (alpha) around the shaft 4 thereafter the supporting table 28 is rotated through motor 39 around said body 3 to rotate the feeding member 34 thus to advance the cutter 40 to the pipe 2 side and to cut down obliquely. |
