摘要 PURPOSE:To perform low power consumption with a simple structure by driving several magnetoresistance effect elements or common bias lines with a single current source. CONSTITUTION:If the alteration of each resistance value of magnetoresistance elements 1a-1n is small enough compared with the total of their each value plus resistor's value, the constant-current characteristic of the current source 13 is maintained. The affection of alteration of a resistance value of the magnetoresistance effect element other than the magnetoresistance effect elements 1a-1n on the alteration of voltage of signal fetching lines at both ends of each magnetoresistance effect elements 1a-1n is only the alteration of voltage with same phase, providing little effect on their differential voltage components. Since the detected output corresponding to the magnetoresistance effect element is an amplified output of the differential voltage between the signal fetching lines at both ends of the magnetoresistance effect element, a cascade connecting structure of this magnetoresistance effect element can remove the interference to the alteration of the resistance value of each magnetoresistance effect element. Thus, the simple structure for low power consumption can be formed by performing the amplified output of the alteration of the differential voltage at both ends of each magnetoresistance effect element.
