PURPOSE:To obtain build up welding of corrosion, wearing and seizure resistance under high temperature by specifying the composition of composite wires for build up welding. CONSTITUTION:A composite wire consists of 0.8-4.5wt% C, 0.5-2.0wt% Si, 0.3-2.2wt% Mn, 11-25wt% Cr, 2.0-15.0wt% V. Therefore, this build up weld metal has the same hardness as the conventioned build up weld metal or more and maintains the hardness, wearing resistance and seizure resistance under high temperature. |
