PURPOSE:To make a light glass frame with sufficient intensity by diffusive welding and munual poly pressing with interleaving an aluminium alloy material of a lower melt point than a heat treatment aluminium alloy for the specified position of glass frame parts. CONSTITUTION:Necessary glass parts such as rim frame, bridge and hinge bracket are made by using a heat treatment aluminium alloy material, cutting, pressing and bending the rolling material and a plate material. Thereafter, these parts are pressed and welded diffusively by interleaving an aluminium alloy material of a lower melt point than a heat treatment aluminium alloy material for the specified position of glass frame parts and making a polymer to each other. And these parts are treated into the fluid by sizing and aging hardening to manufacture a glass frame made of aluminium alloy. |
