PURPOSE:To control the residual stress caused on the slit distorsion produced in slit machined metal plate by rounding the corner sections of endface of the metal plate. CONSTITUTION:Upon plastic deformation of metal plate 1 by drawing the corner of lug of the metal plate 1 through glue pass rollers or bore dies into the shape as shown by 4, the section area 4-1 is removed to widen to the section of area 4-2. Consequently the longitudinal extension is corrected low with correspondence to enlarged width thus to correct the distribution of slit distorsion 5 as shown by 6. As a results, the distribution of residual distorsion is also corrected from 7 to 8. In photoetching test, it is confirmed that the bending of pin including the lug is reduced considerably from 3 to 3' to cause substantially no influence in secondary machining. |
