PURPOSE:To make a light, heavy-duty and high-precision V-pulley by press-molding flange parts on both sides and specified pores and rolling a peripheral wall poly V-groove after a specified thick pipe is press-fitted and contacted on a peripheral wall where the specified thick metal disc materials are pressed. CONSTITUTION:A metal disc material 1 of 2.0-2.6mm. thickness is pressed to make a cup 2. A thick metal pipe 5 is press-fitted and contacted on a peripheral wall 3. Flange parts 6a, 6b on both sides of the peripheral wall 3 and a bottom wall part 4 are rolled and molded after the specified pore 7 is molded and punched, and a poly V-groove 4 is rolled and molded on the peripheral wall. Each part of pulley has necessary and sufficient intensity of wall thickness and light, and dimensional precision is accurate. And gold molding and press- process are skipped more than previously. |
