PURPOSE:To improve resolution, by classifying radiation-projection data in corresponding with reliability associated with noise components, obtaining the sum of products by using filter functions having different higher-region intensifying degrees, inversely projecting the synthesized data, and obtaining a restructed image. CONSTITUTION:Based on the operation of a console 8, a system controller 7 controls a scanner controller 6, and a scanner body 1 is rotated, driven and controlled at every specified angle. An X-ray controller 5 is controlled, and fan- beam X rays FB are sequentially outputted in a pulse form from an X-ray source 2. The specified cross section of a body to be examined 4 is exposed with the direction being changed. The result is converted into an electric signal by a radiation detector 3. The signal is processed by a data collection device 9 and a pre-processor 10. Then the result is stored in a memory 13. Then the signal is sent to a controller 11 and a back projector 12. A tomogram is restructed by the sum of the products and the back projection. Thus quatum noises can be suppressed and the restructured image having good quality can be obtained. |
