The subject of the present invention is a system for hanging flat objects such as sheets, plans and documents in general comprising at least one pin 1-2-3 and at least one opening 4-5-6 for the pin to pass through, which opening is specially made on the said object or on a hanger strip fixed to these objects, and is characterised in that the said opening 4-5-6 communicates with a notch 7-11-15 which extends to the top edge 8-12-16 of the said objects or of the hanger strip, these being made of a flexible material, and in that the notch 7-11-15 is narrower than the pin 1-2-3 and defines two flexible lips 9-10, 13-14, 17-18 arranged in opposition to each other in order to rest on the supporting area 1a-1b, 2a-2b, 3a of the pin so as to hang up the sheet, plan or document or so as to pivot onto the side and allow the pin to pass outside when the said objects are being withdrawn or hung up. <IMAGE>
