The invention relates to devices making it possible to produce motive power by themselves. It comprises a frame 1 onto which are fixed a support 2 at the front, a support 3 at the rear holding a shaft 5 which is integral with the central flywheel 6 to which are fixed, by shafts 7 and at equal distances, masses M (the latter being the set of parts of Figures 3 and 4) which are eccentric and notched and which turn on their shafts 7 in the opposite direction to the flywheel 6 which is driven by the shift in the centre of gravity brought about by the masses M oriented on one single side, turning by the action of fixed cams on the support 3 equal in number to the notches on the discs 8, one single cam at the time being engaged with a mass M which cannot turn back because of a ball brake 10, 11, 12.
