<p>Apparatus for grinding the inner surface of an annular workpiece, e.g. a roller-bearing race, having a workpiece holder, a rotationally driven driver, a pressing device and a grinding tool. An end face of the workpiece can be pressed against the end face of the driver by means of the pressing device. By means of a grinding-tool holder, the grinding tool can be introduced from the side directed away from the driver into the workpiece holder and thus into the workpiece. A grinding-liquid and coolant feed device is also provided. Said device exhibits a feed rod which is fixed to the machine, does not rotate, and has at least one grinding-liquid and coolant feed bore which penetrates through the hollow driver. Two fork arms are connected to the feed rod, which arms terminate, on both sides of the grinding tool, in the workpiece holder and thus in the workpiece. The arms also exhibit grinding-agent and coolant outlet bores which effect a grinding-agent and coolant feed in front of and behind the operating grinding tool. <IMAGE></p> |
