PURPOSE:A specific emulsifier is used and salts are allowed to contain in the aqueous phase to make most of emulsion particles less than 2mu whereby an oil emulsion of water-in-oil type is obtained that can keep stabilized water-in-oil emulsion state even in fluidized states. CONSTITUTION:When an oil emulsion composition of water-in-oil type is prepared according to a usual method, 0.1-10wt% of licinoleate ester condensed with polyglycerol is used as an emulsifier and salts such as sodium chloride or sodium acetate are allowed to contain in the aqueous phase by 0.01-10wt% to make most particles in the emulsion less than 2mu in their size. |
