<p>PURPOSE:To improve a transportating efficiency with an increased amount of a mixer car by sweeping adhered residue near an opening part of the mixer car into the mixer car before sweepoing out the residual molten metal with the mixer car inclined. CONSTITUTION:At the completion of the operating cycle of the mixer car 1, a ressual 8 adhered near the opening part of the mixer car 1 is sweeping into the mixer car 1. Thereafter, a molten metal pot 12 previously heated is moved to the below part of the mixer car 1, and a residual molten metal 11 swept from the mixer car 1 is temporarily received on the pot 12 to continue the heating of the pot 12. In addition, the residual molten metal 11 heated inside after the pot 12 is held up is returned into the mixer car 1 returned at the vertical position to mix with the received metal in the mixer car in the next cycle.</p> |
