<p>The invention relates to a heating apparatus for heating hot or use water and/or room air, with a circuit duct through which a low-boiling heat transfer medium flows during operation and which leads from a compressor to compress the evaporated heat transfer medium, via at least one condenser, on which the water or room air to be heated impinges during operation, to liquefy the compressed heat transfer medium, a downstream let-down valve and at least one evaporator to evaporate the decompressed liquid heat transfer medium, and back to the compressor. At least one evaporator is constructed as a flat body arranged at a small spacing from an exterior surface of a building, with evaporator tubes arranged in at least one plane and each heat-conductively connected to fins extending over the major portion of their length. The fins guide the air flowing in from the exterior surface of the building to the evaporator tubes. The quantity of heat transfer medium flowing through the evaporator to the compressor can be controlled by corresponding devices.</p> |
