PURPOSE:To perform color correction easily with a low cost by making the light from an original incident on a photoelectric transducer through a prescribed filter and operating an erasing device in accordance with a value, which is obtained by multiplying the inverted output of the transducer by a proper coefficient, to subject a photosensitive body to exposure for color correction. CONSTITUTION:The reflected light of the light of a scanning light source 15 of an original 13 where a multicolor picture is formed passes a half mirror 21 and a green filter 20G of a filter device 20 and is focused on a photosensitive body 1 to form an electrostatic latent image. Meanwhile, a part of the reflected light from the original 13 is reflected on the half mirror 21 and passes a focusing lens 22 and a red filter 28R and is made incident on a CCD 26. The light of an LED array 3 is irradiated by a voltage obtained by multiplying the inverted output of the CCD 26 by a prescribed coefficient to reduce surface potentials of a green latent image and a cyan latent imae to 0V, and the electrostatic latent image is developed with a magenta toner MT having the complementary color relation to the filter 20G. Electrostatic latent images due to image exposure through filters 20B and 20R are developed similarly to obtain a multicolor image subjected to color correction. |
