The oscillating mirror (1) is mounted via a cross-spring joint (3) and is driven electromagnetically. Fastened to this movable system on the rear, preferably in the region of the axis (2') of symmetry, is a permanent magnet (5) opposite which there are situated in the plane of oscillation two oppositely poled permanent magnets (6; 7) fastened to the housing (4).
