<p>A description is given of a gymnastics apparatus for exercising the leg muscles, having a frame which is arranged on a base plate 1 and has two deflection rollers 16 and 17 which are arranged on the upper end of the frame and over which cables 26 and 27, which bear weights 28, 29, 30 at one end, are guided. The other ends of the cables 26, 27 are guided over base rollers 18 and 19, arranged on the base plate 1, and swivelling rollers 20 and 21 and are connected to a belt 35 which the gymnast has firmly buckled on his hips during the exercising. <IMAGE></p> |
