The invention relates to an inclinometer or a measuring and weighting circuit provided with an inclinometer which indicates the fuel supply of a vehicle necessary for achieving a desired speed which is still within an economically advantageous power range, or controls the speed via an actuator in an expanded model. In addition to the preferred application of the inclinometer used, protection independent of the application according to the invention is claimed for the inclinometer itself since the construction of the inclinometer represents the currently most inexpensive construction in accordance with the prior art.
