摘要 In a strain gauge sensor having four strain gauges, which are mounted on a measuring spring and connected to form a measuring bridge, and at least one further temperature-dependent trimming resistor, which is inserted at a corner point of the measuring bridge and is in intimate thermal contact with the body of the sensor, the further trimming resistor is arranged in an encapsulation and is led out of the encapsulation (8) with its ends by means of printed conductors (4, 5) together with the remaining bridge corner points. The printed conductors (4, 5) are brought together electrically (short-circuited) at the terminal end. Short-circuited electrical resistors (16 to 19) are inserted into the printed conductors (4, 5) and can be connected to the printed conductors if required by interrupting the short circuits. The printed conductors and the resistors inserted therein consist of the same alloy with a very low temperature coefficient of electrical resistance, and are produced jointly using a photoetching method. By connecting resistors (16, 17, 18, 19), the effect of the trimming resistor (15) can be assigned proportionately in a prescribed fashion to the one and/or other bridge arm. As a result, it is possible to achieve a very tightly toleranced temperature response of the zero signal on such sensors without other disadvantages being associated therewith. <IMAGE>
