PURPOSE:To bring transfer voltage and an optical pulse period to primary functional relationship by supplying a parallel capacitor in an optical pulse generator consisting of a semiconductor element, which has S-shaped negative characteristics by external incident beams and emits light, and a transistor with constant currents. CONSTITUTION:A constant current circuit 3 is mounted between a resistor R in a series circuit 1 consisting of the resistor R and a capacitor C and a supply voltage terminal E, and a charging circuit 4 is constituted by the series circuit 1 and the constant current circuit 3. The constant current circuit 3 is constituted by a resistor R2 connected to the supply voltage terminal E, a diode D1, a resistor R3, and a transistor Tr3, a collector thereof is connected to the supply voltage terminal E, a base thereof is connected at a connecting middle point between the resistor R2 and an anode for the diode D1 and an emitter thereof is connected to the resistor R. A transistor Tr1 connected in series with a semiconductor element D is controlled by the photocurrents of a phototransistor PTr receiving the light emission of the semiconductor element D. |
