PURPOSE:To make a small-sized heat transfer device for a solar heat collection system or the like by a method wherein the lower part of a float is made as the guide rod sliding in a guide hole and the descending speed of a guide shaft is controlled by a throttle valve and a check valve. CONSTITUTION:When the guide shaft 12a at the lower part of a float 12 is descended in a guide hole, an operating liquid in the guide hole 13 is pushed out. However, since an amount of passage of operating liquid is controlled by a throttle valve 16, the descending speed of the float 12 is controlled and the descending speed of the float is delayed more than the descending speed of the liquid surface. Therefore, the capacity of liquid reservoir tank can effectively be utilized as a feeding volume during one cycle by adjusting the throttle valve 16. When the float 16 is ascended, it is possible to make a rapid lifting of the float by the operation of a check valve 17 without having any relation with the throttle valve 16. With this arrangement, it is possible to make a small-sized device and to provide a stable operation. |
