PURPOSE:To make an iron core fastener light and small, by connecting a base cylinder for a coil with end rings provided at both the ends of the coil, and by forming a sole coil assembly to be mounted around an iron core leg. CONSTITUTION:A lower end ring 8 and a base cylinder 7 are locked with a lock pin 9 and then a coil 3 is wound around the cylinder 7. After the coil 3 is dried solely, it is applied with a predetermined fastening pressure axially. Next, with pin holes 7a, 8a of the base cylinder 7 and an upper end ring 8 caused to coincide, a lock pin is mounted therein. The sole coil assembly formed in this way is mounted around an iron core leg. |
